That’s when she met Tanya, and everything changed. Tanya spent over an hour going through every detail of the Grand Highlander with my wife. She educated her on features we didn’t even know existed, including a model that gets 35 MPG—far better than the 22 MPG option we had been considering. She also helped her discover features like the panoramic sunroof that really made a difference. I just bought my 2026 Rav and my experience with Antioch Toyota could not have been more pleasant. Jim, Giancarlo, and Giovani in finance are all really wonderful and knowledgeable. Jim took his time with me and explained all the different options and I really felt like he had my back. Giancarlo showed me many of the details of the car and I felt well taken care of. I went in for an oil change and asked them to check out a noise I had been hearing most recently. I was able to have someone drive my vehicle, and shortly after, they diagnosed the issue and created a plan to fix it. Brian, who helped me, was extremely communicative and helpful, explaining every step while they had my vehicle for a few days. My husband and I were extremely impressed with our overall experience. My parents bought me a Scion tC way back in 2007 from here using the online option. They LOVED the experience (highly recommend it if you know exactly what you want), so we decided to go back again when my car got totaled and I needed something new. I had an idea but wasn't sure if I wanted a hybrid or not, so I wanted to chat with someone in person about it. Herschel Rodriguez provided the best car buying experience I've ever had! Being a woman with limited knowledge about financing and credit, it can be an unpleasant experience (to say the least) to try and buy a car at a dealership. I had been pushing it off for WEEKS. We bought a used vehicle from them. Super helpful and willing to work with where we wanted to be. Ahmad was our salesman and did an excellent job! Some screws fell off from the bottom of my Toyota. 7/26/25 Saturday I went to Antioch Toyota. Ms.Shayla saw me first. She lay down to check the bottom of my car and talked to Mr. Ray Aranki the Service Advisor .They both helped me very much. In 15 minutes my car was repaired. Mr.Ray Aranki didn't charged me! I mistakenly thought the Toyota dealer would be expensive! Antioch Toyota was very friendly,helpful and generous 😇!

If I could leave no stars I would begin there. The outreach team for online inquiries are about the best service there is here. They are speedy and thorough with the information they provide in that regard. HOWEVER, after purchasing a vehicle, every service fell drastically short. I traded in my Toyota tundra 14 CrewMax for a beautiful Barcelona red Toyota Tundra 16 double cab. Laura, the sales associate made sure I got the asking price I wanted for my old tundra to get into the double cab. However, after I signed all of the paperwork and drove the truck home, i discovered the front bumper was not properly attached to the grill, the clips did not align making the front of the grill a liability as it was flopping and dislodged. I messaged the next day and did not ask but informed them I would be bringing the vehicle back in the next day for correction. Long story short, I am currently sitting in the same dealership over a month later, having had to bring this truck back x3 as the first two times they did not properly attach. I live an hour away from the dealership, it is not a close distance so it's quite the inconvenience to have to come back a multitude of times. The irritation does not end there, when I had signed paperwork, Gio, the finance advisor had informed me the vehicle came with a pre-installed tracking system called Stargard, as well as Gap. I did not opt for these added features, I was told they were installed and could not come off. I never received a welcome email from stargard to access said install, I called Gio x3-4 times and left multiple vms in hopes he could provide that info as I was told by other members of the dealership it would need to be provided by him. Gio never returned my calls, nor did I get an email. I spoke to another finance officer to who told me, Gap was not mandatory on a vehicle and could be removed, same as stargard. Gio, the finance officer lied when we signed paperwork and I was given incorrect information. When I brought my vehicle back the second time for a fix, I had also searched out Gio for information and he snidely told me that my credit union had declined my loan, asking me why? How was I to know? But the tone and attitude he had was far from professional. Fast forward to today, as I sit here waiting for the new grill and clips to be attached to my truck, I asked if Gio was here. Gio acted as If I did not know what I was talking about, when I informed him, I had attempted to get ahold of him, but he never responded, which was why I was now standing in his office. The incompetence and lack of customer service from this dealership is beyond me. Each time I had brought my truck back for a fix, I had to leave it here, taking a rental, no one ever called me for updates, I had to continuously call and hound and get the information. The guys kept acting like it was some great service that the dealership would take care of the fix, I informed them I had purchased a 31k dealership from them, it was the right thing to do. Vehicle purchases in a time of inflation are a big deal, take your money to another Toyota dealership if you want good customer service because it's not here. Thanks for your time.

In the great search for the right Landcruiser Laura at Antioch was a standout. I bought this truck at another dealership then switched over to Antioch for service 2 years into my ownership. Mind you driving to them is a lot further than my local dealership. Which I lose out on courtesy shuttle/ubers. Sacrifice I will take for great work. The service team’s great and I imagine the sales team is great too. The lots huge and everything’s in eye sight. Not the same experience when I bought the truck locally.

We just bought a car here for my daughter, it's actually my first time experiencing closing the deal for less than an hour. Thumbs up 👍👍👍to Sale associates Edmar who helped us a lot, very friendly, very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend Antioch Toyota dealer.

I had a really nice experience with them. My car had a recall, and I went there without any appointments. They accepted my car, fixed the recall, and in the afternoon of the same day, I had my car back.

Staff is always nice and helpful. Smooth sailing for me since I started going there about a year or two ago.

Dan O'Leary in parts department is absolutely wonderful. I ordered some parts and bought a new rear windshield wiper and he was kind enough to go out and replace it out and I showed him my driver's side mirror and he didn't pressure me into buying the new one. I had a wonderful experience while getting BZ4 for Lease. This location also works with state and county rebates and EV initiatives. At one point my lease funding gets a hold for 2 weeks but Jim Benham not only works with me but hold the car for 2 weeks and make sure I will get it. Once my funding was made, Jim calls me and said, visit dealership and GH will help you out. Once I visited the dealership, Giancarlo Horna helps us out and we are out in one hour after paperwork. It was very smooth transition. I will definitely buy my next car from this dealership.

Giancarlo even help to give me a ride from home to the dealer to pick up the new RAV4 Hybrid and setup the Toyota App on my iPhone in the car so I can monitor the car, turn on off the car via phone and car tracking feature. great. Jim Benham works internet sales. He found my 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited during my first call and I had it in my garage in 10 days! I was impressed, given the extremely high demand and lack of inventory on the best selling SUV multiple years running. The RAV4 Hybrid Limited has more than expected. Besides the LED fogs lights, I love the 360 POV feature on the larger infotainment screen and the panoramic sunroof definitely adds more flare for all while driving. This is my first hybrid SUV that does not disappoint in my Toyota history of a Tercel, Corolla S, 2 Celica’s and 2 Camry’s (of which I still drive one of each). Yes the EPA is spot on and I’m averaging 38 MPG.

Update to their yelp response: They are full of it I haven’t received any call from Antioch toyota or spoke to anyone in the management they also lying again , and yes my car is salvage title with or without extensive damage you guys took it had it for days to inspect the problem and if you guys are professional wouldn’t diagnose it wrong from the get go and diagnosed it wrong and wanted me to pay for parts that my car didn’t need they still have my car as we speaking, Guys take your business somewhere else I own a 2012 toyota Camry that i bought like many other cars in auction I'm a tech and i can fix cars but when it comes to programming and other dealer related i take my cars to dealer if they ever need any fixing: This car had airbag light and srs light and its not passing smog or chp inspection i took it to Antioch toyota dealt with the buggiest xxxxxxxx "carlos" took the car in for diagnostics he said today end of the day j will have some answer anyway 2-3 days passed then he call me said you car need this n this n that i said ok go for it how long would it take?? He said give till tomorrow said ok ... Tommorow passed and on week passed bo calls called him back he said we got good and bad news i said whats it ? He said problem is fixed however passanger seat warning is on i said why i will not take the car after spending all that money and time he said your car need this part i said how much he said four hundred and change i said do it he said ok will call uou today or tomorrow to pickup 10 days later no call i called him and didn't answer lvm and he called me two days later said your vehicle is done and there is something that i would like to disclose in person i said what was it he said the same warning still there so not fixed however we replaced the part ??! You car is garbage and got body damage and we are not a body shop i said my car didnt have no damage i have pictures and proofs and u need to give me my car and refund he said parts already replaced but didn't fix the problem??? So carlos hunged up on me Guys take your car to xxxx or to the worst local mechanic but not to this scam dealer Called me 3-4 times with each time asking for more money and a job was estimated to br 2-3 days now its been over a month i will sue these guys very hard and they can keep my car .

Jim Benham and Anne Benham were awesome! I have been avidly looking for a new Rav4 which has been the best selling SUV for many years running (translation good luck finding one and getting put on a waiting list). As fate would have it, Jim was able to locate a Limited model in pearl white and I had the vehicle in my garage in 2 weeks! This is my 7th Toyota, Thanks again to Jim and Anne for making this experience one to remember.

Always great service from the guys in the Service area up to and including the ladies at the payment window. Didn't need pickup and delivery this time but the few times I did need it that was great too. The product sales people are also great at replacing the battery in my key fob when I need that done. Only problem is with the area below about the Rate the People You Worked With. Your survey only shows Sales and Management dept. If Sales is the product sales and not the car sales, that needs to be clarified. Same with Management Dept. If that is related to Service that needs to be clarified also.
